OUR SPARKLING WINES

For many, the most mineral sparkling wine

Raventós i Blanc one of the few integrated estates where animal, plant and man work together to make the most prestigious sparkling wines produced and vinified on the property; only local varieties, minimum 18 months ageing on lees, always from the vintage year. Sparkling wines with a marked saline and mineral character due to the exceptional amount of marine fossils brought to the surface.

Happy New Year 2026!

From Raventós i Blanc, we wish you a 2026 lived with purpose, closeness, and moments worth sharing.
THE CURRENT GENERATION

20th and 21st generation of winemakers at this historic estate

Manuel Raventós created, in the 90s, the first estate cava; his son Pepe Raventós the current generation leading the project, visionary in the creation of a new DO Conca del riu Anoia; convinced of being able to offer something unique and unrepeatable.
WORK IN THE VINEYARD

Animal traction

Pioneers in animal traction, we work with this ancestral practice to carry out more precise work, structure the soil and prevent compaction of our soils and thus help to have more life and fertility.
ORIGINS

Winegrowers since 1497

The Raventós I Blanc estate has belonged to the Raventós family since 1497, one of the longest documented winewroging traditions in the world. Five centuries of dedication to cultivation of the vineyard and a saga tied to this land generation after generation.
MAS DEL SERRAL: WINES OF THE YEAR

Mas del Serral 2009 among the best wines of the world

Mas del Serral 2009 as one of the "Best of the Best" in the exclusive "Wines of the Year 2021" list from Decanter Magazine. "The most refined Spanish sparkling wine I have ever tasted. A top biodynamic terroir wine and a masterpiece" Pedro Ballesteros MW, 99 points.

THE ESTATE

Self-sufficient and sustainable estate

The Raventós i Blanc estate is an agricultural organisation that recovers the complete cycle of the traditional wine-growing farm of the 15th century. Committed to the environment, the entire estate is worked using sustainable and self-sufficient agricultural methods.
THE SOILS

Mineral and ancient soils

The passage of the river Anoia through our estate has brought to the surface land of marine origin - some 16 million years old, when our valley was covered by the Mediterranean Sea - where a large number of marine fossils have been deposited.

BIODIVERSITY

Refuge of biodiversity

A unique ecosystem marked by the forest, the lake, the river Anoia, two streams and the Turó del Serral that turn our farm into a refuge for biodiversity. Species that have found in our home a healthy and free environment.
Mas del Serral 2009

The interpretation of an origin

Pepe Raventós realized, in 2005, that a small portion of the family vineyard, Clos de Serral, was ideally suited to create an exceptional sparkling wine; aged for more than 100 months on it lees: Mas del Serral.
