¿Do I need to be legal age to buy?

Yes, purchase alcoholic beverages requires being of legal age.

 

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Yes, as long as this is not already sent, get in touch with us immediately at info@raventos.com or by phone +34 93 818 32 62, telephone service; Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 14:00.

 

What should I do if the shipment shows signs of damage?

We use a specially designed packaging for the transport of bottles. Even so, if at the moment you receive your order you find signs of breakage, you must refuse the order and contact us at info@raventos.com or by phone +34 93 818 32 62, telephone service; Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 14:00

 

Can I go to pick up my order somewhere?

Yes, as long as they indicate it at the time of purchase, you can pick it up directly at the winery; Pl. Del Roure, s / n 08770 Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona).

Hours Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.

 

Do you offer free transport from a certain amount or number of bottles?

Less 6 bottles: € 8 / between 6 -11: € 12 / From 12 bottles: Free.

Purchase over 120 euros free shipping.

 

What are your delivery times?

Between 3 and 5 business days.

 

What means of payment do you offer?

You can make the payment by bank card (Visa or MasterCard).

 

Do you deliver throughout Spain?

We deliver only in the Peninsula. We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

What countries do you ship to outside of Spain?

At the moment we do not ship outside of Spain. Sorry for the inconveniences.

We are currently working with MRW.

 

Can I return an order?

An order cannot be canceled once it has left the warehouse; except for reasons of damage that must be reported immediately and returned to the delivery company. Once the goods have been checked, the import of the order will be refunded by the same method of payment (credit card) or a new shipment will be made. Contact us by email for any clarification or statement.
