From our historical and family farm, converted into an integrated, sustainable, self-sufficient and living agricultural unit; where animal, plant and man work together following ancestral viticulture methods, comes the Raventós i Blanc sparkling wines. Sparkling wines with a unique character and typicality, marked by the minerality of our soils and by a demanding and respectful viticulture (certified biodynamic estate and certified organic sparkling wines).

Can Sumoi wines comes from the highest estate of the Pendés, 600 meters above sea level, in the Serra del Montmell: pure, authentic wines made with the minimum intervention in all the processes of viticulture and vinification. With Can Sumoi, in addition to producing natural wines, we recover the 20 hectares of vineyards planted with XareI·Io, Parellada and Sumoll; and we help to maintain the 400 hectares of forest on the estate.

Born in Pepe Raventós' garage, its wines give us all the character and personality of the most radical wines. Their wines are the result of plot vinification and experimentation with amphorae and cements, always without sulphites.

In his most personal and introspective winemaking style, Pepe Raventós, driven by the potential of the Clos del Serral plot, and pursuing his dream since his 2004 vintage with Didier Dagueneau, creates Mas del Serral. A unique sparkling wine that is closer to art than to consumption.
