With great enthusiasm we want to make you participate in this new project of solidarity, and along with this last shipment of 2020  you will get also this unique wine.

“To be able to make a wine for the inmates that we could market and in this way, do two things, give jobs to the inmates and also look for funding to cover the needs of the prison”.

With this idea, a collaboration agreement was born between Raventós i Blanc and Can Brians in 2017.

During the first week of September 2018, 5 members of the Can Brians prison formed part of the Raventós i Blanc grape harvest team through active and dynamic work. And they returned in 2019.

This is the origin of CIUTAT NUA, Xarel·lo organic wine with minimal intervention, fruit of the “Vinya de Llac”, hand-picked on September 21, 2019, with the active participation of prisoners from Can Brians 2.

A wine whose benefits will be shared between the Ared Foundation (60%) and the prison Can Brians 2 (40%). These entities will allocate the profits collected to the reintegration of women in the prison of Wad-ras (Ared), and to the maintenance of the buildings and rehabilitation works of Can Brians 2.
